Morton have teamed up with personal trainers to get people moving in lockdown

MORTON have teamed up with a pair of passionate personal trainers to get people moving during lockdown. The club s community trust has launched Get Moving with Morton - 12 weeks of free, online fitness classes for local adults. Jonny Roy of Morton in the Community signed up trainers Gary Pettigrew and Tiffany Brown after he and his colleague Brian McLaughlin had taken part in their exercise sessions. The Kilmacolm couple were delighted to be asked and will be leading classes suitable for people of all fitness levels. Former Port Juniors player Gary, who has been a PT for eight years and will be leading the men s class, said: Sadly during the lockdowns I ve been unable to hold any of my usual one-to-one sessions, so I took my classes online.
