Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man trying to sell a cell phone in the east bay. This killing happened around 1 15 yesterday afternoon on east 14th street and 159 th avenue near the Bayfair Center in san leandro. When officers arrived they found the man with a gunshot wound.
