The new hub at 350 W. 37th St. sits just around a mile north of the Food Bank for Larimer County's parking lot on North Lincoln Avenue, where COLT moved to in 2016 shortly after losing its lease at 29th Street and U.S. 287.

Campaign to save Loveland's Great Western Depots gets a shot in the arm – Loveland Reporter-Herald

In November the ​city of Loveland received a​ letter of ​intent to give the Great Western Depots to the ​city of Loveland for preservation.  This will allow fundraising by the Save the Great Western Depots Committee to continue for the next phase.
