POLICE Officer 1 Jomalyn Gelacio, accompanied by her counsel, Anthony Aguon, appeared before the House Committee on Judiciary and Governmental Operations Thursday morning. Gelacio served as security aide of first lady Diann T. Torres. Chaired by Rep. Celina Babauta, the JGO committee is looking into Gov. Ralph DLG Torresâ public expenditures and an alleged non-disclosure agreement involving the Department of Public Safety.
Rep. Edwin Propst showed Gelacio a copy of the non-disclosure agreement and asked her about it.
Gelacio said, I was aware of it sir. They showed me the document, sir.
