Four companies are one step closer to developing and exporting hydrogen and ammonia to the world market after getting their bids for wind hydrogen projects across Newfoundland approved.
Three members of the Stephenville council and the town manager flew back from a conference in Europe on a private jet owned by the billionaire businessman who wants to create a green hydrogen industry in western Newfoundland.
Atlantic County Commissioner John Risley is leaving the LD2 Assembly race, announcing on Monday that “the time has come to take a different course.”
Risley’s departure from the GOP primary leaves Atlantic County Councilman Jesse Kurtz, ex-A.C. Mayor Don Guardian, and attorney Claire Swift competing for two Assembly nomination slots.

Risley didn’t make an endorsement announcement along with his statement. Guardian and Swift are running as a team with ex-Assemblyman Vince Polistina who is making his second bid (a decade apart) for the State Senate.
Perennial candidate Seth Grossman is also running for Senate.

LINWOOD, N.J. – Atlantic GOP Chairman Keith Davis called out his county’s Democrat assemblymen on Tuesday for their silence on a growing list of Murphy Administration nursing home disasters.
“Murphy’s failure and Mazzeo’s and Armato’s silence shows they are complicit in perpetuating the spread of this disease among our most vulnerable citizens. It’s time for Mazzeo and Armato to start doing their job,” said Davis. “Call for committee meetings to investigate the mismanagement at the Department of Health. Call for a detailed explanation as to how this occurred. Mazzeo and Armato can’t cover up this failure with white out, they need to do something for a change.”
