HELENA â Technology in real estate is not new, but the tools to showcase homes virtually have only grown since the pandemic began in March 2020. We do professional photos, we do virtual tours, we do 360 videos, people can essentially walk through the house with this [tech] without being here, says Charlotte Snyder with Most Wanted Real Estate.
Connecting buyers to homes virtually have become more important than ever in this pandemic. Realtors tell MTN that offers for houses are pouring in, and in some cases, even without an in-person visit to the property.

HELENA â Lewis and Clark County has selected the members of a new advisory panel that will help shape zoning regulations across the Helena Valley.
On Tuesday, the county commission named 12 voting members of a âblue-ribbon panel,â also known as a Zoning Advisory Panel. Commissioners announced they would create the panel earlier this year, in response to concerns from the public about the new zoning plan they adopted.
Leaders wanted the panel to include members of several classes of stakeholders, like Valley property owners, developers and realtors. They ended up selecting the following applicants:
The Lewis and Clark County Board of Commissioners appointed members to its blue ribbon zoning panel Tuesday.Â
At the Nov. 19 meeting, the county commissioners approved a resolution setting up the framework for the panel tasked with finding a compromise on a hotly debated 10-acre lot size minimum within the new Helena Valley zoning regulations. The county agreed to delay implementation of that particular provision until June 2022 to allow the panel time to consider alternatives.
The commission also committed up to $100,000 to fund the panel s efforts should it need to pay for studies, surveys or other items.Â
Tuesday s vote solidified the panel s 12 voting members from nine sectors, along with a moderator.
