LAKELAND, Fla. â After being canceled last year because of the pandemic, aviation enthusiasts are on cloud nine about the SUN ân FUN Aerospace Expo returning to Lakeland.
âIt was sad that we weren t able to take part, but we all understood that and itâs great to be back,â said Richard White.
White brought his family with him from Virginia for the aviation convention.

Sun n Fun Is Back Sun ‘n Fun Aerospace Expo, which runs April 13-18 in Lakeland, Florida, is the first major airshow since the pandemic. While the number of exhibitors is down 20% from the 2019 show, ticket sales are way up and the campground is nearly full.
