The Old Renwick Rd development, on the old Jones’ berry farm, would have 267 villas, cottages and units. The main building would have a cafe and bar, library, theatre, chapel, gym, spa, salon, indoor pool, activity rooms and lounges, and a third-floor plant deck. The grounds would include a bowling green, an outdoor kitchen, a hobbies workshop and lounge, a scooter shed, as well as 340 car parks for residents, staff and visitors.
