The ARL announced Thursday, July 20, that it has resumed dog adoptions at its Cumru Township shelter after severe respiratory infections struck dogs there the beginning of July 2023.
Barbara C. Goncalves, 47, of Elverson was charged with simple assault, harassment, retail theft and robbery. for an incident at the Target store in the Exeter Commons shopping center on the 4th of July. She also had 40 animals in vehicle in the Exeter Township parking lot.
