Front launches national campaign for North of England City Experience

by Alistair Hardaker Sheffield based creative agency Front has launched the first national UK campaign for VisitEngland s North of England City Experience. The multi-destination city-break connects Newcastle, Hull, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool, via a single rail ticket. Front created the city experience brand in 2019 when it was launched to international audiences. The campaign will run across digital channels throughout March. Due to covid restrictions on international travel the focus has now switched to targeting UK consumers with a national campaign to drive internal tourism after lockdown restrictions are lifted. The project is being managed by Marketing Liverpool, on behalf of the Destination Management Organisations for the five cities, and is funded by the Discover England Fund, managed and administered by VisitEngland.
