contact with regard to misconduct, there have to be a relations. the conduct unbecoming was maybe not so clear. both prongs of official misconduct have to be related to the duties of office. i do not believe this case arises to the level of official misconduct because i do not believe this is elevated to the level of official misconduct. i do not believe this is about whether domestic violence occurred. we do not need to charge again this case.
