And while firefighters work to contain it, the man accused of deliberately setting it sits in jail 37yearold Wayne Huntsman is charged with arson. His bail is set at 10 million. Authorities havent released any details as to how or why he may have set this fire up. In the meantime, 3,000 people are evacuated. That fire is only 5 contained. Firefighters say the dry conditions are unprecedented. At a press conference within the last halfhour, officials also said a dozen firefighters ran into danger and had to deploy their fire shelters while trying to fight this fire. They were rescued by helicopter. Its a sign of how out of control this fire has been and remains this afternoon.
