Breaking news right now protesters are moving into the streets of South Los Angeles. Theyre blocking roads after a man is shot and killed by police. Family members identifing the man as 18yearold Carnell Snell junior. Police say they tried to pull over what was believed to be a stolen car this afternoon. Employees that were killed about a mile north of here. The ntsb is at the accident scene on a factfinding mission. Ntsb investigator in charge Jim Southworth arrived in walnut creek this afternoon.
