To a controversial death in San Francisco. Officer Richard Hastings is on the other side of the law sporting a jail jump suit instead of his San Francisco police uniform. The Contra Costa District Attorneys Office says hastings was with a 15yearold boy in concord last august trying to get the teen to have sex in a car. It was the tenth time hastings met police on a corner until Police Showed up because the teenager was out after the curfew. He said dont worry. Im a Police Officer, so hes fine. Hes using his status to get out of the trouble he was about to get into.
