The Silenced No More Act is a dramatic expansion of CCP 1001, which protects California workers who want to speak out about sex discrimination in the office. Former Pinterest employee Ifeoma Ozoma is behind the legislation.

Feb 1, 2021 MORRISTOWN, N.J.– Bradley David Farnsworth, 36, of Max Drive passed away Friday, Jan. 29, 2021 at his residence at 7:16 a.m. following complications with a heart condition. Born Feb. 12, 1984, he was the son of Brian D. Farnsworth of East Liverpool and of Lyneah Breskvar Huff of Apollo Beach, Fla. Bradley was raised in East Liverpool the first 18 years of his life, then he moved to Cleveland for college and after graduation he settled in New Jersey for the last five years. A graduate of Case University in Cleveland with a master’s degree in electrical engineering, he was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in East Liverpool. He was the valedictorian of his graduating class at East Liverpool High School, as well as being the valedictorian of his bachelors’s degree class at Case where he was awarded the President’s Award for being the outstanding graduating student. He was then the valedictorian of his master’s degree class. He is the owner of 11 patents.
