St. Joseph Post  The free St. Joseph City fireworks display for this 4th of July will start this year at 9:30 Sunday night.   Parks spokesperson Jessica Oshel says the fireworks display is going to be standard like it’s been the last couple of years.   “They will be shooting off from Houston Wyeth Hill so we have viewing areas available at the Heritage Sports Complex parking lot and the Remington Nature parking lot,” Oshel tells St. Joseph Post.   Oshel says since this is an outdoor event, masks are not required.   “We just really ask that people would keep spreading out, trying to keep social distancing as COVID is going back up in the area, but masks will not be required,” says Oshel.
