Fredericton city staff have endorsed a consultant's report calling on the city to work with property owners to have "intact blocks" of Queen, King and York streets given heritage status.
The City of Fredericton plans to sell the Lemont House, a building more than 130 years old, after acquiring it in 2021 and subsequently giving it heritage status.
