Yesterday. A man who is the secretary general of fifa blatters chief of staff, his right hand man. It was reported this man, not indicted that the point, not accused of wrong doing. It was revealed in 2008 he transferred roughly 10 million to an account of another fifa official. This particular official by the name of jack warner who was indicted last week other. According to the indictment, it is believed warner was instrumental in making sure south africa landed the games. Again, at this point, the chief of staff not indicted not accused of wrong doing. A lot of folks inside fifa and who watched the organization closely are surmising says this is what caused blatter to step down.
