Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 10-year, 32,000 s/f lease for Apprentice.io’s new office headquarters at Mack-Cali’s 101 Hudson Street.
The company, which is a market leader in intelligent life science manufacturing technology that propelled manufacturing to deliver the COVID-19 vaccine at warp speed, will occupy the 38th floor of the property.
Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata, in conjunction with Jeff Kaplowitz of Liberty Realty, represented the tenant.
