Oklahoma announced that it has hired Alabama cornerbacks coach Jay Valai to the same role. Valai completes new coach Brent Venables' 10-person on-field staff.
After one year at Alabama, Valai was named as the co-defensive coordinator/pass defense coach at Oklahoma, where he will work under first-year head coach Brent Venables.
