What progress has India made in the past 4 years in developing information systems that are essential to successfully conduct HTA and inform priority-setting decisions? We highlight three initiatives that have improved the availability of information on cost and quality of life in India, identify remaining challenges, and reflect on the key enabling factors that made these possible.
