A Citrus County, Florida man is facing animal cruelty charges after deputies say dozens of dogs were found "living in deplorable conditions" on his property.
Jason Munn faces several animal cruelty charges after more than 100 dogs were seized after investigators found they were neglected. Munn fled Florida and was arrested in Colorado, he is expected to be extradited back to Citrus County.
