Every once in a while you will see a horse go by but its never a problem. Reporter one person said the horse ran into the side of this semitruck as anim another person said he saw it running down the street with its stomach cut open. They never get out and they take good care of the horses. They walk them by. Reporter the owners of the horse did not want to speak on camera but neighbors say their extra precautions, owners should take in the future. You have to take responsibility for it.
