Five people in modesto is in dud in san jose. 30yearold Martin Martinez caught in the south bay this morning after a statewide manhunt. Reporter 30yearold mar contain martinez, as you mentioned, is behind bars right now here at Santa Clara County jail. Last night, police launched a statewide manhunt for him. Today he was arrested this morning, at a parking lot in oak ridge mall. Martin martinez is accused of killing five people in this modesto home. Relatives say one of the victims is dr. Amanda cruz a physician withstand slaus county Health Service agency. Relatives say he also killed his own daughter a six month old daughter he fathered with cruz.
