Essentially monday afternoon and went in to a little bit more concrete pouring and they had to rebuild one of the guard rails along the side of interstate 280, then go in and paint and stripe the lanes and they finally wrapped all that work up around 9 40 this evening. A spokesperson says they were able to finish early because of lessons they had learned during previous closures of interstate 280.
