India News: JAMMU: A Class X student had to be hospitalised after being severely beaten, allegedly by the Muslim principal and a teacher of a school in Jammu’s Ka.
Protests have erupted in Jammu s Kathua district after a Class X student was beaten by his school s principal and a teacher for writing "Jai Shri Ram" on the blackboard. The incident comes amid controversy surrounding a teacher in Uttar Pradesh who allegedly instructed students to slap a Muslim boy. Protesters in Jammu demanded the suspension of the two teachers and broke into the school premises.
