LISBON Tyler P. Faulkiner, 19, Quaker Church Road, East Rochester, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to 120 days in the county jail for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business. Faulkiner fled from the highway patrol and Minerva police at speeds more than 100 mph until his vehicle wrecked about six miles from the intersection of Gavers Road and state Route 518. Faulkiner then fled on foot until he was taken into custody after stopped in the field by K-9 Hunter of the county sheriff’s office. His license has been suspended for five years.
