Bruce Bartman, a 70-year-old man from Marple Township, is accused of intentionally and willfully violating the county s election laws by registered two dead people as voters and registering one his mother for an absentee ballot. Mr. Bartman said that he cast a vote in the name of his deceased mother for President Donald J. Trump, the statement read.
