WALLINGFORD â Mayor William W. Dickinson Jr. said Thursday that two Town Hall offices, which reduced their hours recently, have staff quarantining due to COVID-19.
âWe have had incidents of people who were determined to have COVID who were in the office,â Dickinson said Thursday, âand the protocols require quarantining.â
