If that argument is accepted there is a lot more maps around the country subject to challenge. The other argument is that is a sham, it was done for partisan reasons, contrary to the finding and fact of the District Court, and that is an interesting argument in addition to the fact it defies the ruling of the District Court in terms of the facts.
