Jajuan Henderson, 29, is seeking a jury trial and damages after he was ambushed, shot and ultimately and paralyzed from the chest down by plainclothes police officers last month.
A Black man who was allegedly shot and paralyzed by plainclothes officers last month is suing the city of Trenton and officers with the city's police department.
