Aliens ordered to make personal appearance before BI starting Jan

BusinessWorld December 11, 2020 | 12:03 am THE Bureau of Immigration (BI) reminded foreign nationals to make their annual appearance before the agency starting in January. Immigration Commissioner Jaime H. The law requires such aliens to report in person to the bureau within the first 60 days of the year. “Thus, the 2021 annual reporting period of aliens will be held on Jan. 1 up to March 1,” according to the statement. Mr. Morente told foreigners to use the online appointment system, adding that the bureau will not allow walk-ins.
