mike: as a nevada judge considers the row lease of a man charged for orchestrating the death of hip-hop music icon tupac shakur prosecutors say witnesses may be at risk. dana marie nick on explains why they want the suspect to remain behind bars until his trialment hello dana marie. reporter: good evening, mike. reports say prosecutors accused david of plotting to potentially kill witnesses that could testify against him at his trial. in recent court documents filed on thursday, prosecutors reportedly explained how davis s own words from jail house interviews and phone calls are being used against him as evidence to deny him bail. during an october 9th phone call davis and his son reportedly discussed a green light which prosecutors say is a code for an authorization to kill. the phone call prompted authorities to relocate at least one witness. davis was described as the ring leader in the 1996 murder of the hip-hop icon tupac shakur.
