Katherine Lynn Emel, 29, of Plymouth Township, the girlfriend of a man fatally shot in Norristown last month during an alleged robbery by four others is accused of telling one of the robbers that the victim had recently won $3,000 while gambling and provided information regarding the victim’s whereabouts on the night he was killed.
