Havre Police Department A Third Street caller reported Friday at 8:29 a.m. that a car was broken into during the night and items were missing. Friday at 11:07 a.m., a caller on 15th Avenue reported that a car had been spray painted and broken into during the night. A caller at a First Street business reported that the building had been spray painted during the night. Jerome Lane Bigknife of Rocky Boy, 28, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and charges of obstru. For access to this article please sign in or
