todd: desperate search to find a kidnapped billionaire heiress takes a turn as an abductor refuses to talk. he wiped away evidence before being taken into custody. joey: jackie ibañez joins us with the latest. a judge setting that bail at $500,000 for the man suspected of kidnapping memphis mom of two aliza fletcher as authorities seized a dumpster where he may have left evidence. 38-year-old you see him there is the man they saw on surveillance video violently attacking fletcher before forcing her in his car. he was seen cleaning out his suv with floor cleaner and washing his clothes in his brother s inches at his brother s home afterst hours after that attack. that later found outside his home along with a pair of flip-flops with his d.n.a. left at the scene where fletcher was abducted. police swarmed his apartment complex saturday taking him into custody. he is now being charged with
tampering with evidence and what s called especially aggravated kidnapping. she set out for morning jog 4:00 friday morning when she was attacked near the university of memphis campus. later that afternoon authorities discovered the surveillance video of that attack. declined to provide investigators with the location of the victim so far. this is not the first time though he has been accused of kidnapping. 22 years would ago he was convicted of aggravated robbery and kidnapping a prominent memphis attorney at that time. fletcher s family this morning is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to her return. back to you. todd: jackie ibañez live for us. thank you. with that go over to ashley strohmier with the headlines. ashley: starts with a crime crisis in america. a deadly weekend in chicago with 44 shootings leaving 8 people dead. 6 feel are dead in philadelphia and 19 are hurt as violent crime broke out all over the city. this comes as seattle marks its
