Youre looking at a live picture of the dock area where families have been waiting for any update from search officials. Arrest warrants have been issued for the captain and two crew members. These are brand new pictures just in to cnn of the captain. Prosecutors are saying the third mate was at the helm of the ship when it began to sank. Where was the captain . Its not clear at this time. We also have new video from inside the ferry as it sunk. Passengers donning lifejackets. This person was actually walking on the wall of the ships deck.
