These include SM City Bacolod and Ayala Malls Capitol Central, based on the list of the city's Safety Seal Committee chair Stela Rose Rayos released on Friday. Issued for free to compliant business and public establishments, the certificate can be renewed every six months. "Establishments awarded with the certificate are allowed an additional 10 percent onsite capacity beyond the prescribed capacity percentage," Rayos said, citing Resolution 127-A of the national Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID). On Friday, nine more establishments received their safety seal certificates from the city government, among these were schools, banks, restaurants, and pr
