than it had planned, but also an important question to the fed, when it does decide to raise rates, by how much and how fast? and that is really going to determine what happens to the market from there, because as you know, zero interest rates have really acted as a stimulus to this economy. once that is gone, that is going to be a real headwind for a lot of traders and investors. speaking to some of the traders on the floor today, they were very concerned about china, not just about a slowdown, but as you mentioned, whether they can truth the data coming out of that country, and we saw those issues come up in a white house press conference. a lot of those questions. i frankly had not those kinds of questions about, is china in a crisis? will we have an emerging market meltdown? i had not heard those until about last week really bubble up to the surface of mainstream discussion. these were things that professionals were talking about, but now we re seeing it
business insider followed by a campaign tour. why do you think it s being done after all the suspension, buildup drama, that it ends up being a video, without any interviews, and a tour which would probably be in the fashion as the first lady did when she ran for senator and for the first time as president. well, msnbc and nbc are still working to confirm this news. we re seeing it bubble up in a couple places, but she did the same thing in 2007 they put out a video on saturday morning announcing she was going it was the famous video sitting on the couch in washington, saying i m in it to win it. they only release the video, and there was a day of, you know, excitement, and apparently she was making lots of calls, but nobody saul her publicly under the next day. this is consistent with what she did last time.
the dashboard video showing what happened in that traffic stop that let to the police sheeting the walter scott. and msnbc s joy reid is in south carolina for us tonight. we want to start with beth. it looks like we re going to have a video put out by the clinton campaign on sunday according to daily news and business insider followed by a campaign tour. why do you think it s being done after all the suspension buildup drama, that it ends up being a video, without any interviews, and a tour which would probably be in the fashion as the first lady did when she ran for senator and for the first time as president. well msnbc and nbc are still working to confirm this news. we re seeing it bubble up in a couple places but she did the same thing in 2007789 they put
