Government data show iowa is one of just five states where officers cant pull over drivers for texting. The other states are florida, nebraska, south dakota, and ohio. A des moines man is now facing time behind bars for a deadly crash he claims wasnt his fault. 24yearold troy mure says he was being chased with a gun on monday morning when he lost control of the wheel. Now his mother says theres proof. That troys telling the truth. That they was chasing him. He identified the car from the damages, the color, the make, everything about the car.
