The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has unveiled a comprehensive array of initiatives under its pioneering AI4ICPS (artificial intelligence for interdisciplinary cyber-physical systems) programme and launched MTech in AI through GATE papers.
Students can choose six electives from the list of available courses offered by the Centre of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence and some other departments of IIT Kharagpur.
The partnership will focus on innovation, skill development, industry-academia collaboration and incubation support for nurturing startups, a statement said.
This partnership also will assist industries and academic bodies seeking collaborations, facilitating tech commercialisation initiatives, launching industry-relevant course programs, and participating in curriculum reform initiatives, IIT Madras said.
