Tamar Braxton’s birthday is coming up in one day, and since the beginning of the month she has been posting a lot more while it looks like she has been on vacation.
In a March 14 Instagram video, Braxton began running on a beach after a voice behind the camera says, “all right, go.” She runs in slow motion for a while, due to an effect on the phone, but eventually she begins to dip her body downward and extend her hands out to do a cartwheel. Still going in slow-mo, she flips in what seemed to be her best attempt and comes back up on her feet smiling as she runs back into the water.

Birdman, who is Toni’s fiancé. In an interview with the hosts of “The Morning Hustle” on Feb. 23, Tamar opened up about why she made the post saying “@tonibraxton @birdman congratulations love birds” on Valentine’s Day.
She said at 7:48, “I don’t know, and that post had nothing to do with a marriage proposal,” she began. “Listen, let me tell you something, I was the loneliest I’ve ever been on Valentine’s Day, and for me for Toni and Bryan to have made it this far and this long and still in love is amazing to me. So that was what the congratulations was.”
Tamar Braxton had a self-revelation and shared her moment of clarity with fans on Instagram.
The 43-year-old “Love and War” singer surprised many when she took responsibility for issues in her life that she’d previously blamed on “everyone else.” “For a long time I thought it was everybody else…the problem was me. ♀️#stayunderconstruction,” she wrote in a message posted to her Stories on Jan. 27.

Although the reality TV star didn’t go into specifics about who was included in “everybody” and which issues she feels she could have handled differently, there certainly are a plethora of both people and situations that she could be referring to from her fallout with her “The Real” co-hosts following her leaving the talk show in 2016; to her public issues with her sisters, ex-boyfriend David Adefeso, and We TV, the network that airs “Braxton Family Values” and
Plies‘ new teeth made headlines on Jan. 19, after fans assumed the singer’s praise was anything but platonic. The rapper shared a new image on Instagram, flashing his million-dollar smile as he got something to eat.
Plies, who was sitting in his car as he took the selfie, captioned the snapshot, “I’m Bout To Grab Some To Eat. Who Hungry???? #YallKnowImShy#Plies.” Braxton replied in his comments section, saying, “It’s the teeth for me.” Following the initial upload, The Shaderoom reposted the interaction between the two, which led others to believe something was up. The former reality star shut down those claims by referring to Plies as “the homie.”
