预计，7月13日08时至14日08时，辽宁、内蒙古东部、黑龙江西部、河北东部、山东半岛西北部和东部、江苏北部及云南西北部等地的部分地区有大到暴雨，其中，辽宁东部等地局地有大暴雨(100～120毫米)。上述部分地区伴有雷电、短时强降水和大风天气，最大小时降雨量20～50毫米，局地可超过60毫米，阵风8级左右。
中央气象台7月13日06时继续发布强对流天气蓝色预警：
