Carroll County commissioner fails to appear for debt collection case

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Commissioners Chairman Bill Brown and his wife, Angela, have failed to appear in court at least three times for a small claims case regarding a debt collection.
The case was filed August 30th, 2019, by Industrial Federal Credit Union in Lafayette. Court records show Brown and his wife failed to appear for hearings on Oct. 25 last year and Jan. 24 this year.
