Report: Biden Plans to Hide Gang History of Green Card Applicants

File Photo: AFP/Getty Images 27 May 2021 A reported plan by President Joe Biden’s administration would hide the gang history of a foreign national seeking a green card to permanently resettle in the United States and eventually be eligible for American citizenship. Center for Immigration Studies Director of Regulatory Affairs and Policy Robert Law writes that a source with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reveals that Biden administration officials are planning to throw out Trump-era provisions that screen out the gang history of green card applicants. Specifically, the Trump administration had sought to add two questions to applications for green card-seeking foreign nationals already in the U.S. on visas. Those questions ask applicants to detail, if any, their history with crime and gangs:

Border crisis and environmental crisis

Border crisis and environmental crisis Posted : 2021-04-25 16:45 By Joe Guzzardi Responding to the consequences of President Biden s wildly out-of-control border mess, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich sued the administration in the U.S. District Court of Arizona. At issue is Biden s unilateral decision to stop border wall construction, and to end the policy which requires asylum seekers to remain in Mexico while their petitions are reviewed. The wall and Mexican Migration Protocols are among former President Trump s signature immigration accomplishments, and helped to slow population growth in Arizona and other states. Biden s irresponsible, illegal border permissiveness violates the National Environmental Policy Act, which recognizes that population directly affects the environment. Today, 90 percent of that growth is caused by immigration. The act requires that every agency considering an action that will affect the environment must analyze and publicize those outcome

WaPo: Joe Biden Abolishes ICE Protections by 80 Percent

18 Feb 2021 President Joe Biden’s deputies have gutted the ability of ICE officers to safeguard 300 million Americans from illegal migrants, according to the details in a Washington Post report. The February 18 report describes a memo that imposes reduced enforcement priorities for the nation’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers. The 90-day rules will block roughly 80 percent of deportations, the Post says: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers will need preapproval from a senior manager before trying to deport anyone who is not a recent border crosser, a national security threat or a criminal offender with an aggravated-felony conviction, according to interim enforcement memo issued by the Biden administration Thursday.
