We want law enforcement working with law enforcement to enforce the law. there is the concern that people don t report crimes. if you are undocumented you will be scared and not go through to authorities. that s a case of doing a better job of educating the immigration population to let them know , if you are here illegally you have nothing to worry about. we don t want you to be afraid. let s not confuse someone who was reporting a crime or a victim of acrime with someone who is committed a crime and has been detained . that s what we are talking about we talk about sanctuary cities. you are seeing a lot of the protests and demonstrations what are the emotions like ? it s a hot buttonissue.
