The Regulations notified on September 1 have outlined the finer details on how arbitral proceedings can be initiated with the IIAC’s involvement, how arbitrators would be appointed, and how matters would be decided.
Under the regulations, arbitrators will be empaneled for a maximum period of five years by the Chamber of Arbitration, which will consist of experienced arbitration practitioners.
