National Law University Delhi entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) to foster cooperation in areas of financial institutions.
The FSCA wants financial firms to provide more detailed data on their ownership. It also wants power to sanction companies that do not adhere to their transformation plans.
