A Belleville man is faces charges after throwing a brick through the window of the Belleville Police Service on Friday night at 8 p.m. Police say the 37-year-old man approached the Belleville Police Service pushing a grocery cart and began demonstrating aggressive behaviors while slamming his cart into the wall of the police station.
Officers watched the man remove a large brick from the grocery cart and throw it through the station window. Ian Frappier was arrested and charged with mischief under $5,000 and several counts of breach of probation. He will appear in court on April 22, 2021.
