Diane Sorochuk is a 41-year-old mother of three and a school principal. She needed to upgrade her hairstyle for something a little more fun and sophisticated for summer. She hasn’t had her hair done in several months and was ready for a big change.
Diane has long and medium density hair. Her blond highlights were overgrown and looking drab, lifeless and brassy. I wanted to refresh her look by brightening her overall colour and lightening her dark base colour to a light cool ash-brown. I started by applying foil highlights throughout her hair followed by lightening her background foundation colour.
